Overview - Emotionally unstable news reporter Brian Willing is willing to do anything to get his job back on the national nightly news. Willing was fired from the nightly news spotlight but was oddly kept on as a street reporter. His firing was due to exaggerations, inaccuracies and utter nonsense. Network's CEO Mr. Leibowitz feels that his zany, ludicrous mix-ups in reporting has entertainment value and the high ratings prove it. Willing feels his glorious return will happen if he returns to the street and bond with the people – and even animals – in New York's Central Park.
