Overview - In a working-class neighborhood in Rome, a barber bothers his customers and neighbors with conspiracy theories he reads online. At home and in his small community nobody takes him seriously, especially when he convinces himself that streetlights send secret signals via Morse code. Yet, when the police arrive at his door and arrest him in front of his family, his credibility takes an unexpected twist.
