Overview - Ever since her father drilled into her head that monogamy isn't realistic, magazine writer Amy has made promiscuity her credo. As much as she enjoys an uninhibited life free of commitment, Amy is really in a rut. While writing a profile about charming and successful sports doctor Aaron Conners, she finds herself actually falling in love for the first time -- and what's more, Aaron seems to really like her too. > The same old romance formula, but a woman's version. I never saw the trailer, but I thought it was Rebel Wilson's film, that's who I saw on the poster and decided to go for it. In the movie she never came, then realised I was tricked or I failed to pay attention while choosing the film. So then, who the heck was this actress. A relatively basic rom-com plot, elevated by Amy Schumer and Bill Hader. Schumer injects humour and reality to her character, even if you can see every story beat coming a mile a way. Not the best nor the worst Apatow film, it is heavy handed at times and a little too long. I also hate how these characters always completely quit drinking and partying for their partner, can't there be a happy mediu...
