Overview - Velasco Broca directed "La Costra Láctea" in 2002, as the result of an institutional assignment to develop a sexual education video for teenagers. The film, mixing fokloric Spain with fetishism and aliens, was ultimately not approved as educational material and ended up being broadcast in TVE's La 2, in the show Versión Española, with Bigas Luna's feature "Bilbao".
