But Cortner is not fazed by this seemingly insurmountable hurdle. His expertise is in transplants, and he is excited to perform the first head transplant. Keeping Compton's head alive in his lab, Cortner plans the groundbreaking yet unorthodox surgery. First, however, he needs a body.

This is hilarious... there's no other word for it. Poor old "Jan" (Virginia Leith) is decapitated in a road accident - but, hey, don't fret pet - her doctor fianceé "Bill" has the solution and before long her head is alive and well and sitting in a basin of live giving fluid (might have been whiskey?).
