Overview - Riz lives in Western Sydney with a group of his working class mates. Secretly dating the middle-class Kylie, his life comes to an explosive moment on his 18th birthday, when his deception threatens to tear his family life apart. The film is based on real events in the life of co-director Guido Gonzalez, who grew up in Cabramatta after moving to Australia as a refugee from Chile in 1985.
