**The one who wandered around like a breeze.** This is one of the earlier directional venture for Clint Eastwood. Probably not famous among his fans as his other flicks, but I totally loved it. I did not know it was his film till I saw, though he did not star in it, because the story needed an older actor than he was at that time. A sweet flick featuring William Holden and Kay Lenz. The two leads come across very well and are both charming, I enjoyed both of their performances - with Lenz narrowly edging Holden out, if I had to split them. The story begins a bit iffy but does end up coming out as pleasant. Of course age gap love can be off-putting in film, but as long as it's done correctly then it can work - evidently. ...
