Overview - Dolly, a 67-year-old cleaning woman, gets mad at the Coop Supermarket. She thinks they're only pretending to be environmental because they still shrink-wrap their vegetables in plastic. She calls Coop and gets put through to Majken. Meeting Majken changes Dolly's life. You can't shut people down forever.
