Typical entry, with all the familiar elements that made the series popular...Girls, guns, explosions. Pneumatic agents Smith and Marks are sent to Savage Beach to recover buried treasure. Strain again is the head of L.E.T.H A.L. Bad guy Obregon, looking like Erik the Phantom, is aided by sultry Westcott and a squad of (inept) ninjas.
