Unequivocally, unmistakably, undeniably Disney's greatest animated film. A masterpiece, as far as I'm concerned. Long read ahead! Loosely based on one of my favourite stories, this version of Robert Louis Stevenson's "Treasure Island" sees the young Jim Hawkins on a magical adventure on a space galleon.
