Overview - A motor-mouthed outsider with no memory of his past is offered a chance at a better life, but only if he can successfully deliver a mysterious package across a post-apocalyptic wasteland. Based on a video game of the same name Twisted Metal is zany enough to entertain but as we see so often, entertainment comes in a distant second, to "the message". The likeable main male character is always in the feminist rear vision mirror. As, indeed, are most pivotal male characters in this series. Its a shame too, as there's enough Mad Max meets Monty Python, on offer here, to be genuinel...
