The Boys had its moments, it wasn't perfect but at least, it was engaging. Then along came Gen V. It feels, to this reviewer, more like a basic teenie drama, with a few super hero add ons, than anything else. I found the first episode, unwatchable. Don't listen to the MovieGuys review AT ALL. It doesn't even sound like they watched The Boys throughout. If you loved the boys, you will love Gen V. Yes it is a bit disturbing, but so was the boys.
