Simply put uninspiring nonsense. The story appears to revolve around the shortcomings in a female diplomats husband. Apparently he does not understand the political landscape. Worse still, it sounds like he's a nationalist. All of which makes him "weak". Then there's those evil North Koreans threatening nuclear annihilation.
