Overview - A modern family who happen to be balloons. The life of Betty, a creative and imaginative four-year-old, has turned upside down when a cactus family moves in next door. The Balloon family (Mom, Dad, and Betty’s super tweenie big brother Bobby) must learn to connect with their new neighbours.
